Fun in the Sun and Playtime with a Friend

   This was a beautiful day in League City, Texas. Lana and I took full advantage of the beautiful weather before a cold front blew through the next day.  We spent most of the morning playing outside in the backyard and on our beautiful deck.  I decided since it was so nice that we should have lunch on the deck, and we did.

   After nap time Lana's friend Kenley came over to play.  When Kenley came over Lana immediately wanted to give her a hug, it was soo cute!  Kenley could even say Lana's name and we heard it all afternoon for me and Lana, lol!  The girls had fun playing in Lana's pool filled with foam blocks and looking at the horses behind our fence in the backyard.  We even went to our side yard and the gap between our house and our neighbors to see the horses up close.  They came right up to us!  Lisa and I got to pet them.  Apparently Lana smelled soo sweet that one of the horses tried to nibble on her fingers, careful!

   We were so lucky to have great neighbors like Lisa and Kenley.  We had so much fun getting the girls together to play.  It was great being able to walk down the street to have a playdate and have someone to rely on in a pinch.  Thanks for being such good friends and neighbors, we will miss you!
